Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I went in the Nissan dealership to look around and the salesman persuaded me to try to get a car.He which John Suarez, came back and ask me if I had a co-signer.

He explained that I didn't have enough credit to get the car on my own,so he checked my husbands credit and his credit was bad. So he went back in to talk to the financial guy and he returned and said I was pre-approved for a first time buyers loan.

Then he asked how much money would I have to put down,he told me I was approved for a 2004 nissan sentre. We explained that we didn't have any money at the time, but we will have the money that Friday which was $500.

So he went back and talk to the finance guy again so he said ok and we could take the car home that day and bring the $500 that Friday and another $500 that Monday which would make our down payment of $1000.

We've had this car since 10/25/03, then in Nov they called me and said the bank won't sign off on the loan until I cleared up a old bill that came up on my credit report for a sprit phone,so I told them I didn't have enough money to pay it and give them $500 more dollars,so they cut me a check for $300 and I put the restin and got the bill payed.

Now I had to borrow money to make sure I can get full coverage insurance and I had a hard time getting, due to I have a clean driving record. Now I finally found one and the time is near for them to issue my plates and they call me.

They call me up a say the bank that approve me for the loan has dropped them and they don't know why, now that means I can get approve from another bank but I now need a co-signee.

I told them I didn't have a co-signee when I came the first time otherwise I would have used one. So I called the bank to find out what was going on and they said they never got an application on me for a first time buyers loan, but the did drop the dealership due to the dealership is under investigation and has been for some time.

So ever time I mention talkin to a lawyer or better business burea they all ways say they don't think there is a need for that, that they was doing all they could to help me and they were assured me something was going to be done to help me.Now I feel really stressed.

I was never told why they was under investigation. The lady from the bank said for me to ask the dealership which bank did they put the applications in, which bank was I approved from.

When I asked the saleman, he couldn't remember,so I said let me look at my paper work and see,so I told the salesman my paperwork says Paragon federal credit union, and he said oh yea that's the bank that dropped us.

Now the finance guy which was James claims they don't know why. A gentleman by the name of John Sylevester which is a finance manager said he thinks the bank is going to pick them back up so I was told to give him a week so he gave me a new temp on the car for another week now today which is 12/10/03 the didn't get any good news so I have to bring the car back tomorrow. My problem is I had this car since the end of Oct. and here it is Dec close to Christmas and all of my money went into this car and insurance and now they are telling me I have to bring the car back.

This means my husband can't get to work so if he can't get to work that means no income ,plus we can't pay back the money we borrowed, plus my kids Christmas is shot.

My main concern is I have a son with a bone disease which has me on call at all times so If I need to get to him I can't. This car is our only transportation.

What I don't understand is how do a car dealership put me through all this pain just to say I'm sorry. Why did they tell me I was approved then turn around a month in a half after I had the car to tell me I'm not is so many words. I would like to know why are they under investigation and for how long?I don't have money to buy a used car that he said they could sell me,because even if they gave me back my money it would be only $200 due to the $300 they gave me to help pay the sprit bill.

Now I blame the dealership, because someone new about the investigation so contiue give people these car on a loan if they new they were under investigation and when did the bank dropped them. They told me I wasn't the only one this happen too.If it's more than one customer than this is a big problem.

I a woman who suffers from mirgain headaches and when I stress my headaches get worst I was new on my job and when this situation accured I was stressed to the max trying to find a co-signee.One morning I woke up with a terrible headache from crying and stressing and couln't go to work,I couldn't even see.

I couldn't go to work that day ,because I couldn't see and the sound of the tinyest noise hurt so I didn't call out that day, my husband wasn't home and I lost my job for not calling out.

So now how am I surposed to be approve for a car.I feel so mislead.I blamed the dealership and the bank.I don't know who is telling the truth I just know they've put my family in a bad situation.I believe in God and I know he will see me through, but I think it fair to leave people straded like that and the only thing they can tell you is (you should have a co-signee)(in so many words). So tomorrow I have to return the car and take a cab home.I'm heart broken and very stressed.

I don't like to make a big deal out of anything and I usally don't but I feel an unjustice was done to me and it is just not fair to the people that is trying to get ahead. I just need a relyable car that won't break down on the highway and that is what I told them the year is not important to me,I a simple women. If there is anymore information you may need please e-mail or call me.
