Rove Concepts Worst service from the worst company to deal with for modern furniture Vancouver, BC Internet
garbage quality and overpriced cheap furniture. I bought an eames lounge chair from them last year and it's already falling apart. I did some research online and it appears that they get most of their goods from China I can't even get a refund. Avoid this trash.

This fake review is unfortunately another example of a series of attempts made by our competitors to undermine our success at Rove Concepts. Easily identified by their inaccurate and extreme, even racist, statements, these posts are unethical and unrepresentative of our quality products and outstanding service.
The most obvious way of telling that a review is written by a competing retailer is their claim that their item apparently fell apart after a single year. This is extremely suspicious considering our items are known to be some of the most long-lasting reproductions in the industry. And while, like any retailer, there may be a chance of a small flaw, we have the longest warranty available at three years. This is vastly superior to other retailers, which generally offer no warranty or one year warranty.
As well, all the top mid-century companies assemble their goods in China. What distinguishes Rove Concepts is that we source our materials from the finest producers of Italy, Denmark, North America, Brazil and Korea. From Danish cashmere and wool to Italian marble and aniline leather, we always take the utmost care in ensuring every detail is taken care of.
We are saddened that we continue to be victimized by aggressive slander. However, we believe that our luxurious, accessible furniture and friendly, knowledgeable customer service will prove that we are the best choice for your reproduction needs.
