I should have read more about this company online.  The positive reviews I'm guessing must be mostly fake, because if you try ordering something you will quickly find a company where everything looks fine but you can get no help, no answers, no effort and ultimately no products. 

I ordered a chair 14 weeks ago.  The production time listed when I ordered was 8 weeks.  That means a maximum of 8 weeks.  I would expect when you list that, it means a company can deliver in 6 week comfortably.  Apparently many of their items are manufactured in China (the furniture I ordered) which means it is made elsewhere and shipped into a wharehouse where they then ship it to you in the United States.

My order was placed in November, 2016.  It is now March, 2017 and I still have no chair.  In repeated chats, emails and a call into the company, here are the answers I received.  We are sorry, said approximately a dozen times.  No, we have no idea when you will receive your chair, even though this is the 14th week since your order.  We think your chair is in customs (3 different answers received on where that is), we have no idea when it will leave customs, it has already been in customs for weeks, this is just out of our control, no, we still have no idea when you will recieve your product.  But we might not get it into our wharehouse in Washington for another several weeks. 

I order items manufactured and shipped from all over the world.  I just ordered another set of chairs that were shipped from China, and all 8 of them showed up within 6 weeks? Unbelievable right? No, these were not ordered from Rove Concepts.

When I tell the customer service rep that at this point, they've done such a horrible job at delivering on my very first order with them that I believe a manager, owner, someone with power to get on the phone and talk to customs or simply make a new chair and ship it asap, should be involved, they say, sorry (13th time), there's nothing anyone can do.  We have no answers, yes we have your money, and no we have no ETA on when you should receive your product.  

At this point I don't believe they have any intention of trying to get me my chair.  They don't seem interested in helping me at all.  And throughout all these months, they have sent me dozens and dozens of spam emails trying to sell me more RoveConcepts products, invite me to sales, etc.  BUT NOT A SINGLE EMAIL, with an update on MY ORDER, or an eta, or explaining the problem they've had, or anything about MY ORDER.  

So at this point, I can only assume they are attempting to scam people out of their money, not deliver products and hope we'll stand by and let it happen.  And they think they can get away with it simply because they provide a nice looking website and a business address in Canada.  I can't comment on the quality of their products, as I've yet to receive mine.  But at this point, even if the chair was free, it had a difficult cost to me.  My time is valuable.  I own a business and if my company ever disappoints a customer, we make it right.  That's what honest business owners do.
