Roverland Parts Sold a defective rear differential Tampa Florida
Roverland parts sold me a rear differential for my 2008 landrover with a 1 year warranty and I had to return it a few weeks later. Before returning it Roverland parts tried to convince me that they had never in all their time as a business sold a defective part which I found, by going on the BBB and their Facebook pace was a total lie. After going back and forth they agreed to send me a replacement as soon as they got their part back but once they got their part back they refused blaming the mechanic saying he had caused the rear differential to go bad which again was a lie. At this time they have the $1200.00 which we paid for the defective plus the rear differential which I am sure they can resale and we still do not have a replacement. We have filed a complaint with the BBB where roverland has 6 cases against them, on Facebook they have 14 negative reviews dealing with the same situation of riding people off by selling them defective parts. Now will have to hire a lawyer and we will not stop until this company is brought to justice Cynthia Hazard, Kentucky
