I have contacted Rovio on several occasions about them ripping me off. First time was for there advertisement of the Screaming Eagle stating that it was to be a one time purchase and could be carried over into other games.Great so I bought it and tried to carry it into the next game at the point where it allows for it but it would not work.So I wrote and asked several times for a refund and they just give me generic letters a BS there way through the issue as I force my way back into the issue with no result thus far.The second time they ripped me off was a two fold deal they got me good this time. The advertisement stated that this slingshot had massive firing power that's a flat out lie it has no power at all I asked for a refund as part of a 2 part deal in the same game.Angry Bird Friends. The money owed was $5.00 The second have of the ripoff was the infinite power ups as the ad put it they were not infinite at all they were very limited and I asked for my $5.00 back on this as well.It took longer to figure this out than the cheesy little bit of time slotted by Google which is a ripoff in and of itself. When I tried to contact Google I get the same old response which is nothing. The Screaming Eagle refund owed to me I believe is $1.50-$3.00 somewhere in there. Google is xas much to blame because they continue to allow them to do business and ripoff the customer. They care nothing for us at all. I have another report on them written up on this site.
