I willingly admit that I saw Roxanne's sites on Google and thought she was the best thing since sliced bread. Unfortunately, dealing with the woman behind the designs was a complete and utter nightmare....
Roxanne issued me a quote and I paid immediately. After that, Roxanne decided to add frivilous charges--that she, as a "professional" web designer should have included in her quote. Had I decided to go forward, her initial quote of $2400 would have DOUBLED with additions she already promised and she should have told me would increase her price.
Upon questioning her methods, Roxanne phoned me with threats, "copied" a lawyer on all of our correspondence (her lawyer didn't exist---the domain, ironically, is dead). Shesent me photos of my home that she found on Google, and wished that my very ill father would die. I do have her emails.
Again, I begged her to have her lawyer make contact. I was sure he or she would talk her down from the insanity and since I'd paid half, I just wanted the site to be complete. Roxanne, instead, chose to continue with her threats to ruin me on Google and went so far as to register a domain name CLOSE to my site and threatened to steal clients from me.
Who would want a designer like this? I tried, repeatedly, to encourage her to complete my site---although I didn't trust her. Instead, I am still dealing with her threats My lawyer awaits contact from "her" lawyer. If she had one, she would never have attempted this google negative ad....she claims to be unhappy with my business (which hasn't even launched). Roxanne threatened to publish negative things about me, but she couldn't find any. Funny---when I ran her business number, I became aware that prior to aviation sites, her claim to fame was launching ESCORT WEBSITES. Roxanne, you must be proud.
If you find yourself needing an aviation website, I can recommend one. Roxanne Taylor is a bully, she is washed up, and grasping at straws. There is a good reason why she doesn't list recommendations and since you now know that she would do this to me (AFTER I PAID HER 50% and she delivered nothing), I am guessing you know what you can expect---a woman who cannot build a website, curses you out, threatens you, and then takes to the internet to blackmail you. IF she had a case, wouldn't she have a lawyer (one who would advise her to NOT publish blackmail on the internet?)
I am sorry I got involved with ROXANNE TAYLOR. Call me and I will play you her voicemail threats.....avoid this crazy woman, at all costs!
