About a year and a half ago i purchased a 2005 hummer sut from royal cadillac hummer they seemed realy great when i did the purchase very kind very responsive ( of course they were taking my $58000) since the purchase my hummer has been back to the shop, paramus hummer since they are closest to me, for a on going problem which is the hummer is allways dead on start up. Took it to the nearest service which was paramus hummer they charged the battery ,replaced the battery , infomend me they couldn't find the power drain and so on after the 8th time the hummer was dead in front of my house.

Paramus told me to take it back were i bought it from which was royal cadillac hummer and get a hummer rep to look futher into the problem. I then had it towed once again to, this time royal where i gave them the $58000 for the truck. It sat there for 5 days wih no phone calls to me to give me a update i had to call Them twice a day with no return phone calls. never offerd a loaner car , they have seen the history from the 800 roadside and know this was a on going problem on the 5th day. I couldn't be nice anymore and demanded a store manger. i was dealing with a service manager named jimmy very nice person but never gave me the respect of a returned phone call or offerd a loaner car. I got the sales manager named joe on the phone this time he basicly brushed off the whole matter and told me there is nothig they can do. Meanwhile, a year and a half ago they glady took my money now when there was a issue with MY hummer i purchased from them that is totaly unreliable they turn there back on me. He claimed they cannot find the problem so which means I'm going to get stuck again, whos know were and when. The sales mamanger was rude and used a very unprofesinal tone of voice in our converstation, plain and simple this dealership does not stand behind thier cars and does not help in anyway if a problem occurs. Avoid this dealer in any way possible if your looking fora cadillac use brogan cadillac in west patterson r46 and if your looking for a hummer use (((ROR redacted competitor's name)))i have bought cars from each of these dealers and they are night and day. royal cadillac hummer is the worst PLEASE ADVOID THEM AT ALL COST THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THIER CARS RUDE SERVICE AND EXTREMLY UNPROFESINAL. at this point i will hire a attorney and go after them legaly until my hummer is properly repaired so is is reliable as a $58000 hummer should be. THEY HAVE A SLOGAN AT ROYAL IT SAYS THEY TREAT THIER CLIENTS LIKE ROYALTY, HA HA THATS FUNNY. THEY TREAT THEM WITHOUT RESPECT AND IGNORE THEM WHEN A PROBLEM ARISES THATS IS AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY AVOID THEM , THANK YOU FOR READING MY POST

They would have you on the road a lot quicker than the minimum-wage mechanic's helpers that the dealer hires. It could be as simple as the neutral safety switch being out of adjustment.
