First things first, go into your bank and file a dispute on the charge. Bring with you a copy of several printed "rip off reports" If you do this within 60days, your bank will refund the money to you. NOW the good news! The FTC is investigating, I gave them some information that I found while cross-referencing on the internet about a possible link to a phone company and they called me to ask some questions. They are onto them! Get your money back and stay tuned for a possible class action lawsuit. Keep in mind... It's ILLEGAL for any credit card company to charge you money for a credit card. They have to bill you or charge the money to the card. Ask for all offers in writing! GOOD LUCK!

Yes, you can get your money back, file an ACH with your bank explaining to them what the company is about and how they lied to you. Please do not wait long or you may not receive your money back. I did receive my money back after filing an ACH with my bank, thank God that they helped me out. I wish you the best.
