Royal Credit Solutions ripoff Palm Beach Gardens Florida
I was contacted by Royal Credit Solutions on my cell phone while I was on the road for vacation. The woman on the phone explained that I had recently submitted a credit card request, which I had to a couple of agencies. She explained that, in order to recieve my Visa card, my account would have to be debited $298. I was suspicious of the whole deal but stupidly gave my checking account and routing number to the woman and authorized the company to take out the money on August 29th. The money was debited from my account by phone on September 2nd of this year. I have yet to recieve my card in the mail, as I was promised. I am afraid that I was scammed. I don't know what I should do. I got a package from Royal Credit Solutions today (September 27th) and assumed that this was the company who I gave my checking account information to. I am going to try to contact the company on Monday to find out what's going on but do not know what to do! It has been almost a month since my account was debited!
