Royal Credit Solutions ripoff Palm Beach Gardens Florida
They called me at the end of July saying that i would get a credit card with a limit up to $2500. I thought that the $296 would be taken out of my account right away, but almost 3 weeks later it finally came out. They also said that if i needed to, i could take a do a cash advance when i got the card. If need be, they said, and that it would be around 20-25 dollars a month to pay that back.
When they finally did take the money out I wound up never getting anything. When i called them, they said that it did actually take longer to get and they apologized. They also told me that I could always get my money refunded if I didn't like what I saw.
I called them again and they said that their records showed that the package was sent. Then when I called them today(the name of the company is now CCR Customer Service) they said that they didn't handle the customer service issues for that company any longer and that the only thing that they had was the address (a P.O. Box #) and that I would have to write to them in regards to a refund.
I am trying to fix my credit and get back on my feet and I thought that this would have been a great opportunity to do so.
Stay away from anyone calling you or those spam emails that offer you credit cards (especially to people who are attempting to re-build their credit)!
