Royal Credit Solutions ripoff Palm Beach Gardens Florida
i received a call from this co. saying they would send me a credit card if i paid a one time membership fee. I agreed to and never recieved a card. When I Called the number they gave me I was told i would get it in 10 days.
I finally recieved somthing but it was not a credit card. I called back and told them i wanted my money back. They said send the package back and I would recieve refund in ten days.20 Days went by and no refund.I called on Oct.13 and was told this co. filed for bankruptcy i needed to dispute the charge with my bank.
Since its past the 60 days i cannot use my bank to get the money back. My bank told me the money was sent to Hancock Bank back east for thirty days then was released to a co. called Payment Resource who then gave it to Royal Credit. both Hancock and payment resource are saying the same thing that client care is saying they no longer work with royal and they cant help me.
I am devasted by this and cannot believe these people can sleep at night. I cannot even dispute it with my bank because i authorized the money to be removed.this will set me back for a long time and i hope to someday see my money rightfully returnd to me
