BUYERS BEWARE! 

These guys were the worst ever… but they were extremely friendly until they received our money. First they come out and without doing a proper assessment of the scope of the project they dig up our entire front yard, only to realize that if they had measured and planned properly they would have only needed to dig about 4 feet… they left a huge mess in the street which I had to request someone come out and clean up…. 

then they promised to come back and repair the yard damage….after a month they had not been back… it went on so long, the home owners association finally asked us to get yard fixed, I kept calling and I kept getting excuse after excuse about why they could not repair the damage. Since they did not have the manpower to meet their obligation, on my suggestion we agreed to have our lawn care folks make the repair….  Finally month later they still had not re-imbursed our lawn care company for the mess they created and promised to take care of..…

The repair was made March 3rd. I am writing this on April 28th after chasing this company for 2 months to do the right thing…This repair of 4 ft of line cost me $6800 

I might add the owner was hostile and disrespectful in the way he treated us after he received his payment… Direct quotes overtime include;

March 17th: 

Customer: Just checking to see when your team will be back to repair yard?

Royal Plumbing: Will give you a call Monday

 

No response….

 

March 23rd:

Customer: Missed your call I think you forgot about us?

Royal Plumbing: ???

 

March 28th: 

Customer: Just a reminder about our yard

Royal Plumbing: Tomorrow 9-11

 

March 29th: 

Royal Plumbing: Will give you a call MondaySorry I had my calls mixed up we will be starting seed and straws Thursday…

 

April 1st:

Customer: Respectfully I need a firm date when our yard is going to be repaired...In a couple days it will have been a full month…

 

No Response….

 

April 8th:

Customer: "They sent me a quote for $700 for the repair"

Royal Plumbing: “That’s fine I will pay to have it done right!"

 

Email Chain:

Customer: Lawn Care…. I am following up to this to see if you have received any payment 

Royal Plumbing: 30 day billing will work I am out of state thanks

Customer: Doug you insisted on your money right away…how is this fair?

Royal Plumbing: You are a joke you take a week to pay me my money, then demand 650, it will be paid when I get back, if that's not good enough I don't know what to tell you

Customer: You have left me know choice I am reviewing your company now….
