Royal Holiday is a Mexico-based timeshare company that specializes in bate & switch, broken promises, scams, and other consumer frauds on a worldwide basis. We were fortunate enough to cancel our timeshare contract within the 5 business day termination period. Royal Holiday and their bullshit collection outfit, Concord Servicing, still tried giving us a hard time claiming that they did not approve/authorize the termination. We filed a complaint with Profeco, U.S. Embassy, and our credit card commpany. Our credit card investigated, reviewed our documentations, and refunded all of our money back. I'm still in contact with Profeco and U.S. Embassy because if there's one company you want to see bankrupted. This is it. If Mexico, Arizona, or Florida AG's get enough complaints against Royal Holiday, your persistent complaints may help bring down this company without costing yourself a dime. Concord Servicing is a Arizona based company and mouthpiece for Royal Holiday. If they're breaking U.S. collection laws, document it so you can use it against them later.
