Royal Holiday promised no problem to go to Aruba, we found they only have 1 place and it cost twice as much as we were told ripoff Miami Florida
Royal Holiday told us it would cost us 25k point to go to Aruba and they have several locations. We found they have 1 location and 25k is off peak. We want to book when we bought the plan. They said we had to wait to get the guide.
When we got the guide we found out why. All of what they said was deceptive. They mislead us to believe we could book extra days at a prorated price, another lie. We have tried sine May to book a trip and still don't have a booking. (11/14/05) You can't get a supervisor to talk to. They say they will call back when you request something, a lie they never call back. They offered us a trip for 45k points on weeks we don't want. They said they have deals on air fare, a lie, we could book air fare cheeper and they only have air fare to a limited number of locations.
The company is very attractive when they pitch the sales at you but when you get the true facts the company is a big rip off. We have tried to contact the corperate office and they reufe to answer my letters.
Save your money and don't get ripped off.

It is always best to hire someone skilled to do so, unfortunately in most cases these companies dedicated to cancel timeshares usually cheat for the second time to their customers since they are vulnerable and desperate. If you are thinking of hiring them you just have to make sure you do not have to make any payment upfront.
