I just heard about this complaint from your website. This was a long time ago and I had to look up my sales notes for that time period to get an idea of who was complaining. I found a note about a custmer who was dissatisfied with the designer sweaters he ordered, but our policy states that all returns must be made 7 days after reciept of merchandise. He waited to long to return the merchandise (3 Months) and then returned it. We don't offer refunds but he was offered a credit but that was 2 years ago... Sorry but we are a wholesaler and our policies are stated on our wewbsite in plain english and on all catalog sheets. I hope this helps, everyone should read all companies policies because that information is very important. Thank You
