Minneola,#2Consumer Suggestion
Wed, July 07, 2004
I too was ripped off by someone based out of Raytown, MO. His name was Jamie Cox though, skinny floppy-haired blonde guy, wearing a shirt too big for him. My suggestion is this: contact your Attorney General, the FTC, the BBB, whoever will listen to you. Contact the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection and have them send you a Consumer Complaint form, don't just fill out the form, include a detailed letter explaining your complaint and concerns, let them know what is going on. Take plenty of pictures of your sink, the pots and pans, whatever. During the presentation were you told that your pots and pans could give you Alzheimer's, severe cancers, or could kill your babies? Gather as much information as you can, that's what we're doing. We will also be running a classifieds ad asking people to join a class action lawsuit. These people are liars and scammers, Pennsylvania and California have ordered them to cease and desist their scams but they have not. Send a certified letter to the headquarters in Madison Wisconsin, keep copies for yourself. Don't give up, I REFUSE to let this spoil my wedding, don't let it spoil yours!
