Royal Relocations - Frank Mack - Royal Relocations Moving Company SCAM ! Brooklyn, New York
Please be aware of Royal Relocations Moving Company Located in brooklyn, New York.The Movers and the owner who also acts as sales ,complaint , mananger fools people into beliveing that the company is a big establishment when really.A man by the name of frank run this entire operation out of his apartment.I actually used them because there appeared to be ok no complaints online...but what happens next is a nightmare not only did they damage furniture , they lost beds and delivered the furniture not assembled so that it was difficult to actually see what was missing.They left and for three weeks I called.Frank whom apologized assured that the missing bed would be replaced and a damaged new furniture set with a check by mail.After three weeks of him avoiding my phone calls he offers $100 towards damages after recieving almost $ 3,000 in moving expenses.I was very upset.He hung up the phone saying that there is no one over him and he will not send me the $ 100 , because i felt the least he couldv'e given towards the amount of damages, of course not the full amount but at least $ 200- 250 , only because the value of the NEW furniture was OVER $1,200.Please be careful -the company is a sham , a bust and they are professional con Artist.Beware.
