Royal Shuttle Fraudlant scam artists Cocoa Beach Florida
In Jan 2014 I contacted Royal Shuttle to transport two people on three trips. On Feb 23, 2014 from the Orlando Airport to a cruise ship at Port Canaveral. Mar 2, 2014 from the cruise ship to the Shearton Lake Buena Vista. Mar 5, 2014 from the hotel to the Orlando Airport.
The first two trips were fine, infact the drive called me to see when we would be able to get off the ship with our luggage.
The last trip, they were supposed to pick us up at 3:00 - 3:30am, because our flight boarded at 5:45am. We waited until 4:00am and then called a cab which cost us $59.00. No response to any phone calls.
After getting home, Portland, Oregon, I found they had charged me a second time for their "services", at an even higher rate. The guy that DID answer the phone told me it had been removed from my credit card. IT HAS NOT!!
They will NOT respond to numerous phone calls, even tho I have been told Paul will call you right back. I also noticed that they only have one confirmation number 071700AA! They also do not respond to their "Contact Us" emails, which I am sending every few minutes. So far have sent over 25.
