hi I started leasing a 06 Chevy Uplander on December 4th 2016 from RPM Auto Sales on Grand River in Lansing that Monday I took it for a diagnosis work out to see what was wrong with it because this is The Faulty dealership I was low on cash so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt! and return the shop report where I had it looked he told me the transmission was going right away in the codes to the car wasn't matching up you know like they was pulled from different car parts and the undercarriage it's completely rusted and loose so are the wheel barrels the tie rods the brake pads the rotors. I have a leak underneath the hood on the right side this pedometer doesn't work so I make a appointment with RPM the same day they said bring it up there today to look at it. gave them the list of everything that needed fixing. when I got there told me they would take care of it picked it back up a week later and they told me they gave me a oil change new brakes and new brake pads still need a transmission so bring it back the next morning to get the transmission so I said okay.

bring it back the next morning leave it I left it a week again gone . pick it up the 20th and they tell me everything's been fixed 21st leaving the grocery store car starter jerking won't go call RPM pull over and call RPM they said bring it in so they can look at it I tell him I'm on my way. I get there they said they need to do a test drive so I get me and the kids off the car they take it for a test drive they're going like 20 minutes they come back and tell me I need another transmission. I'm like huh you just gave me one yesterday well we didn't give you a new one we just rebuilt the one you already have it was supposed to last 30 days that's not something I wanted to hear right there when buying a used car you're hoping that it last you for 6 months to a year not 30 days what happens to Quality Cars. they just look at me so then I'll go talk to Paul the guy that sold me this piece of s*** and I tell him I want just another car knowing that he wasn't going to get my money back .I just want a reliable car to get my kids to and from school the doctor's office in the grocery store is that too much to ask. Paul like he's doing the best that he can do but they don't give money back and they don't get another car and I understand that Paul had to make the commission to make a paycheck he could have just told me that's not a reliable car or he could have told me that they can't provide reliable cars or whatever instead of just taking my money and took me and my kids for a ride and gave us the extra burden. I just wanted a decent car with decent car parts safe enough to drive around here with children!

" it's completely rusted and loose so are the wheel barrels the tie rods the brake pads the rotors."

Are the wheel barrels a new option on the Uplander?

"I have a leak underneath the hood on the right "

Are you sure it's underneath the hood?  Maybe it's leaking thru the hood.  Exactly where do you fill the hood fluid for it to leak?

"this pedometer doesn't work so I make a appointment with RPM"

Now I see the issue, I thought this was an actual car, it's a pedal car.  Duh, I should of seen the pedometer before this.

"they gave me a oil change new brakes and new brake pads"

Can someone please explain to me the difference between new brake and new brake pads?  I'm just lost on this because to me it sounds like you left with a couple pads in each hand.  Would of worked better if they had installed the pads.

" I get there they said they need to do a test drive so I get me and the kids off the car "

Why were you and the kids "on" the car?  Is this like a new pedal car where everyone sits on top of it?

To finish it off, you'd be happy if a new transmission lasted 6 mos to a year?  We all know the issue on this, no scam, no rip off, just a pedal car buyer wishing they had opted for a real car.

We can all see right away what the problem is.  Why on earth would you get into a CAR FLEASE with a USED car?  All bets are now off!  They knew anybody who would be so ____________ as to get into such a deal would be a complete push over for whatever junk they may want to peddle!  One more thing...why not get a grade school kid to teach you grade school sentence structure, punctuation and grammar.  While you're at it, you can also get rid of the stupid over use of the word "like".  Responsible adults don't write or talk that way because it looks and sounds like some dummy is writing and/or speaking!
