Receivables Performance Management/Sprint Dishonest billing/Phone harrassment Bothhell Washington
I ended my 2 year contract with Sprint much to my relief and disconnected their services on the last day of the billing cycle. I was paid in full at that point - a fact confirmed by their customer service rep.... THEN Sprint sent to an extra bill with ringtones, games and/or screensavers on dates after the cell phone was disconnected from Sprint service. They tried to say I used extra minutes for the time the phone was disconnected and I was using another phone connected to a different cell phone company.
I tried to talk to Sprint by phone ( I s/w someone in India) about this and was told since I paid my bill and had an internet account my problem would have to be solved by internet. BUT my internet log in/password were shut down to day I ended the cell phone service (forget it)
NOW RPM has the nerve to call me on my job NOT once but twice - after I had requested by law that they NOT contact me by phone - to dunn me for money I don't even owe!!!
