Complaint Review: RS Gold INT'L NETWORK SALES CO LTD - Internet

This Company advertises to sell gold to different games.  As my first time on this website I put a small purchase order for gold for a specific game of no more than 30 usa.  Once you place your order through paypal or other forms as they provide for you.  They ask you contact them through their online chat.  I put my order at 9am, got with them on the chat.  They ask me to wait to see if my order was in there system and then no more conversations with them.  I tried contacting them all day and nothing.  Then about 8:13pm I was able to talk with them again.  The conversation went as follows:

They didn't answer after that then I was send an email from the "Manager" stating the following,

i am manager ,sorry for deliver delay ,supplier is online now,plz come to live chat ,we will give you gold live chat link is : http://chat.looyu.com/chat/chat/p.do?c=46616&f=97869&n=

By then I had open a dispute in paypal asking to process a refund through their services.  So I went to talk to the sellers and they told me that they had things ready for me and that I should go meet their supplier.   Once they began the trade the person told me to close the dispute so they could continue with the trade.  Once it was closed the supplier vanish and there was no trade done for the person log out.

After that there was no more conversation from the seller.  I contacted paypal to see if they can do something.  I wrote this report to help others not to go into this company or order from them.  Others might spend more than I did.
