RSS*Grantsc.com Grant DVD Ripoff Unauthorized Charges - refusal to refund Las Vegas Nevada
I also was ripped off by this company. I ordered a grant cd and agreed to pay $1.98 for "shipping and handling". That is all I agreed to with them. When I got my cc statement they charged the $1.98 plus $59.95, plus another $17.95 for RSS*PaidSurveysDatabase. I immediately called the number on my cc statement and was rudely informed that the charges would not be refunded because "I agreed to them" when I ordered the CD. I am positive that I did NOT know this or I would not have ordered the CD in the first place. They did agree to stop additional charges (these are set up to be billed monthly - egads...) When I told them I would report the charges as fraud they said they did not care - they would dispute the fraud charges.
When I called the CC company they were already familiar with this firm and said there was nothing they could do unless I could prove that I did not agree to the charges in the first place.
Bottom line - agreed to $1.98 , charged $79.98
There is apparently nothing I can do about my situation but I can warn you. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY FRAUDULENTLY AND ARE RUDE ABOUT IT TO BOOT.
