I purchased a license to sell Vanson Steel Framing after being told that it was cheaper than timber framing, & negotiating an extension to the clause of getting a refund of the license fee to 10 months.
I couldn't loose, I would give it a go...and if it didn't work out I would get my money back...
The first three houses that I quoted in Vanson Steel were around 40% higher than timber, I wasn't going to muck around & got my lawyer to activate our out clause, & expected a relatively prompt refund...
Instead the response I got was that I had fraudlently altered the contract... I couldn't beleive it.
My family is now left in a precarious financial position.
I don't talk badly or write badly about anyone, but people please be carful of Rudy.
