Ruesch Motor Sports, LLC James Ruesch, Michelle Ruesch Rusch Motor Company hired me to install phone equipment and won't pay Ontario, California
Ruesch Motor Company hired me to make changes to their telephone system and to install telephone equipment. They agreed to 15 day terms and then refused to pay. They refused to accept any phone calls and ignored all emails. That was the end of August - the terms were net 15. They used every trick there is to avoid taking my calls including having their young family members screen calls. I hired a collections specialist who was able to get them to respond. Michelle Ruesch told her that they were planning a bankruptcy and that I had to accept 20 dollars per month for 2 years. This is a classic ploy from crooks. If I cash the check, they will of course send only one, then they can claim I accepted their deal. I can hold the check and get nothing. Their money troubles are not new, I found evidence all over the Internet. So I feel they hired me knowing they had no intention paying. They ordered 200 dollars in materials which I had to pay for. They refuse to even give me the materials back. I gave them a big break on labor, too. I am a small business and these are hard times and crooks like Ruesch are the last thing I need. I feel this compamy is immoral, unethical and dishonest to the core. They are going to be sued in small claims court. Beware this company and if you work for them demand cash before you even start. They will rip you off if you don't. They recently moved from Utah to California. I am guesing to escape creditors.

James ruesch and the ruesch motor company, (ruesch motor sports, maker of the Panther 1000 UTV) screwed us for thousands of dollars as well and the above story is now becoming a classic James Ruesch screw you deal. There are many of them surfacing. Sickening.
