rush card stole new york New York
A cash machine shorted me $20.00 called rushcard on a friday told me money would be returned monday. I waited untill tuesday and called they told me it would be a 120 day investagation. They are not the FBI. They don't take that long. How can I be protected as a customer??? I gotta to get my direct deposit through a real bank. Thank you Rushcard for being so helpfull.
