I've been a Rushcard customer for the past 3 years. I used this service because I felt this would be an easy way to manage my money, and also to recieve my direct deposit. Over these 3 years I've have several problems with Rushcard. #1 late with posting direct deposits. If I'm scheduled to recieve my direct deposit weekly it shouldn't be a problem right....wrong. They would post it late, sometimes it wouldn't post till the next day. which leads me to another issue I have with them, #2 when ever you call to complain, it's never their fault. They always find some way to blame it on either you or your payroll, or anyone else....just not them. #3, they only read from a script and anytime you have a major issue they don't have a clue what to do. #4, they do not keep accurate records of transactions. #5, the fees are crazy. For every transaction they charge you $1.00....EVERY TRANSACTION!
Overall, this is the worst compnay ever to use if you want to manage your money. Which is a shame because to my understanding that what this company promotes to potential customers. If you are thinking of getting this card....DON'T. It's not worth the time or the hassle.
