I'm a US Soldier and I thought that applying for a Rushcard would help me and my family being that we move around so often and using rental cars a lot that this would help us "Wrong". Applying for this card was the worst mistake ever. I applied on 3 Dec 2008 and got a approval on 4 Dec 2008 stating that need to verifiy my address, no problem I did so and I was told that my card would be sent to me in 7-10 business days. Ok , 1 month goes by No email from this company so I call them Feb 2009 customer service rep says hey there was a mistake with you address, no problem we fixed it and again they said to me it will be 7-10 business days and your card will be at you new address. 1.5months go by still No card. Ok I call this company again, hey I got a comformation e-mail stating that my card was sent out where is it. The first rep says give me you ssn to verify, he can't speak Engish very well so that also makes him unable to undersand it also, so I speak slow and slower to help him spell my name and he still gets it wrong.

Finally after three failed attempts he get it right and then tells me I'm not in the system as ever filling out an application, ok. By this time I'm tring to hold my barring. I tell him I have in my presents the e-mail and I am reading it to him, so he says sent it to him and he will process it so I did. I asked how long would this take 24-48 more than I have aready waited, I asked would he be there in 10 mins so I could call him back to comfirm that he recieved the e-mail he said that he does not have a direct line that I could call him on, so I hang up and send the info he need 10mins later I called back and spoke to another rep she takes my info. I tell her my story and give her my ssn and she pulls up my info magically. She starts talking to me about my account and application that she has on file in front of her that the other guy just couldn't find. Then suddenly she tells me to hold on for a min and comes back to say sir you spoke to Victor our supervior# (89827) so you are going to have to send us additional info that I was never asked for back in Feb 2009 but suddenly they need a copy of my id card and my ssn card and my drivers license.

Ok got it what is going on I said what kind of scam are you all running here. So finally I told them that Russel Simmons himself will be hearing from me because there is no reason in this world why I should be treated like some sort of crimnal just to get a prepaid card. A Soldier that fights for his country everyday for the last 9 years should not get treated like an a*s that you just go tell piss off and who cares. Russell Simmons this is your product you should stand behind it and get to the bottoms of what is going on at this company in Cinninnati OH, maybe you know or don't know but they are making you look like a fool. I respect you as a man and desevere nothing less than the same from the people that work for you. Please resolve this problem they are making you look bad Russell, the US ARMY LOVES YOU!
