I applied for Rushcard on-line. They did NOT disclose that there would be a fee to use the card. When I got a confirmation e-mail which stated there was a fee, I immediately sent an e-mail declining the use of the card. They sent 3 more e-mails and I returned 3 more declining the application and card. I was sent 3 e-mails confirming my request that they would not process the card. I was sent the card in the mail and the direct deposit request which I ignored as I was assured I would not be processed. When I got my direct deposit on the 3rd of May, it went to the Rush card and i had no idea where my money was. Rushcard fraudulently represented themselves as payee. I had to pay fees to get my cash after 12 hours of looking for my funds.
