On June 4th 2015 I entered i a transaction with Rush Martkets
We made a specific deal that they would trade the account & give a full refuund on investment by june 22nd.
That date came and went. Phone calles are no longer answered neither are emails responded to. below are some of the correspondences that we had.

As agreed Rush Markets are more than happy to fully refund your investment, once the computer system is completed on the 22/6/15.

The withdrawal procedure has been updated with a new computer system hence why the online portal is not working currently. If you wanted to make a withdrawal you should have been instructed to send a copy of photo ID and copy of card you would like funds to be sent to along with the amount you would like to withdraw to [email protected]
Your broker should have told you this.

I would like for you to read the beginning of the email. I tried numerous times to withdraw and got a security error. That is the reasons why you are getting all these emails. I appreciate that you are responding to me, However the refund was not processed due to the security error. Please read the email starting from bottom up so I don't have to rewrite thd emails.
