Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I'm 71years of age I purchase 2004-Nissan Murano SL SE from Russ Darrow Chyrlser Dodge Jeep. In April 12, 2017. They charged me with 22.99 interest financed, in which it was high-interest rate. They did that because i was black. So the only charge too much for the car they also discimnated me by my color.  In the kelly-book the car is worth between $2,000-$3,000. Russ Darrow charge me $6,745.55 double then what the car is worth.

in June of 2018, the sensor in the car went out. The car was at Zimbrick Motors I had to pay $539.76 to get the car out of the shop. I didnt have the money, i took out a loan to get it paid. Reasonly the tie rod was damaged needs fixing so i said no-more the car is milking me, not no-more.These things didn't start helping till the warrantee expired. I want something to happen with these two-companies why because I don't want anyone else seniors, or anyone to go through what i did, physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Im so stressed behind this i'm seeing a Thyprist 2 days a week here in madison. I  would like BBB help me with a lawyer, and to file a lawsuit against these companies !. Russ Darrow Chrysler Dodge Jeep. 2. Credit Acceptance Corporation. addresses is 3502 Lancaster Drive Madison, Wi.53718. Credit Acceptance Corporation 25505 West Twelve Mile Road Southfield Michigan 48034. I was rip/off being a black-woman senior-citizen who's living on a penision, living on section-eight-apartment. I want this to stop its real bad here in Madison, Wi.

If anyone here that reads this complaint and have gone to this kind of thing, please read it with discernment, and come up with your own statement.  I would like for the company to pay me all the money that i spent on getting this car. This is like and investment, now i want to get-paid. They need to stop ripping people off and taking advantage of seniors-citizens and other ones too. They knew all this time the car was a lemon they waited in bate to find that person in which it was me to appear that-day.To purchase it. I feel so violated, and discard.

I will get to the bottom of this if it takes the rest of my natural-life. I put down $1,000 plus my trade in which they gave to me $650.00. I have had the car for 16-month now. Really between the car-note payment, and car-insurance. You can say that I already have paid for the vehichle it comes to $3,500. Please help me!!!!!!.

The other comments are a little harsh but they are accurate.

The interest rate is based on your credit. It is also based on what you negotiate at the time of purchase. The finance person at all dealerships make a commission on charging a higher interest rate so there is an incentive for the finance person to bump the rate to the maximum. The higher rate is not due to skin color, but is partially due to your credit (biggest factor) and what the finance person can slide into the contract to boost the commission due him. Unfortunately, there are many people that don't read the contract before they sign it and that gets the buyer into trouble. There are other items that the finance person slides into the contract that are not beneficial to the buyer but those 'add on' itmes increase the commission to the finance person and the revenue to the dealership. Those items include: a worthless warranty, maintenance or service contract, insurance packages, and other items that they claim were done to the vehicle that cost extra.  You have to be vigilent in the F&I office. The finance person is not your friend.

It is evident from your post you have no idea of how to buy a vehicle and you failed to do your homework before buying this one.

Turning in the vehicle means you have a voluntary repo and you still owe the balance of the loan after they auction off the car and apply the proceeds to your outstanding balance. So now you have no car, but you still have the payment due.

None of this is based on race. It is how car dealers get over on anyone, no matter their skin color or their age,  that buys without researching and learning first. This has nothing to do with yuur age either, except you should know all of this by now.

BTW, the BBB doesn't bring lawsuits at all. As pointed out, they are a private consumer organization that businesses pay a fee to join. That's it.

This has nothing to do with the color of your skin or your age. You are on Section 8 which means you pay little to nothing for rent because you have no means to pay for any rent within your income range. YOU bought a care YOU could not afford! What do you need a car for if you are 71 and do not have the money to even pay rent??

Interest rate is not based on COLOR - it is based on your credit rating!! Stop with the "race card" crap because it isn't working. There is no lawyer out there who would touch this! YOU have NO money to pay an attorney! Get real! YOU dd not have the car checked out by a mechanic before you bought it so this is on you. ENOUGH with the "poor me"! You are 71 - time to start taking responsibility for your actions.

Loan APR is determined by YOUR credit reputation so don't be whining the sorry discrimination garbage! YOU chose to NOT pay previous bills on time which showed the lender YOU have not earned a lower APR. Here you are today...AGAIN you fail to make payments on time and YOU cause a voluntary repo.

It's the same old sorry serial deadbeat wail...it's always somebody else's fault. Turning the car in as a VOLUNTARY REPO does NOT make the loan balance vanish. YOU are STILL on the hook for the contract balance. After applying the amount received at auction, they will probably sue you for the rest. This is all because YOU failed to pay YOUR bills on time and happens to ANY deadbeat regardless of race!

The BBB doesn't give a d**n about you because the ONLY purpose of the BBB is to SELL their PHONEY accreditations and ratings to ANY business which wants to buy one. The BBB is NOT part of ANY government body and has ZERO POWER to enforce ANY laws. Besides all this, you have absolutely NO CASE for anything!!!
