Complaint Review: Russell County Sanitation Department - Phenix City Alabama

They put innocent people in the Russel county jail against their will as a favor to someone who hates them. They find innocent people guilty when they are the victims of harassment just because of income gaps or you don't make as much money as the false accuser or if they are blond. If someone assaults you the police lets the perpetrator roam free and don't charge them with assault and battery! And the police and court retaliate against you if you speak out against their unfairness or injustice.

Ken Davis and the district attorney office along with the police department are a bunch of demon hypocrite scum! THE PHENIX CITY POLICE KINGNAPPES PEOPLE AND HOLD THEM AGAINST THEIR WILL IN THE RUSSEL COUNTY JAIL! AND THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY OFFICE DEMANDS YOU NOT TO SUE FOR DAMAGES FOR THE MENTAL DISTRESS THAT THEY PUT YOU THROUGH!

This attempt to put me in jail over a garbage bill when they let 3 months lapsed, to wait to notify me that i had to reapply  while I was still exempt from paying it, is just for them to try and get me again from the first time that they failed to get me. All phenix city wants to do is get people who are down on their luck and can't afford to get them selves out of trouble. This is profiling and a war on poor people.

The phenix city police department has a dark evil side to them. If they really care about kids being abused, then they should go after the parents who put fear in their kids about some they don't like. This is child abuse and this is the most scummy thing parents can do to their child against someone they hate. If you're accused of something in Phenix city. 

You don't have any rights. So the criminal false accusers can roam around ruining other people they don't like. Using their kids.

The injustices continue to happen in phenix city/russel county. The police will not let the victims file harassment charges but they allow the harassers to file harassment charges against their bullied victim. Because the people in the municipal court are corrupt to the core, they love to inflist suffering on people but the actually bullies themselves. The court puts false information on their criminal record just to cover up their criminal doings,

But the phenix city court system who worked for 30 or so years is passed on to their kids, like the court bailiff. Who was found out to have murdered a young give riding his bike to work one early morning back in 2015. It was a hit and run and wasn't found out until the former court bailiff went to have his car fixed and he told the body shop employees not to report this to his insurance.

Well it came out anyway and because he worked closed to the phenix city district attorney ken davis for 30 or so years after Paterson was voted out for being governor. Ken davis got off the case and it went all the way up to the attorney general office and they wouldn't do nothing. Nobody has been charged and their was this women who had hit him also, this poor guy just had bad luck that morning but now he is dead for no reason because of a corrupt former court bailifi. 

For some reason the phenix city police chief and the entire police department, does not want anything to be exposed. Because they could go to jail themselves for being criminals wearing a badge. The police should do uphold their oath protect and serve everybody, not just certain people who might have money. 

They are far from being transparent or fair in the phenix city municipal court or police department. They have never admit that they might have made a mistake in charging the wrong person with a crime, and letting the real criminal false accusers walk.

These creeps who was invovled in the wells fargo scandal was also my neighbors and they were managers at wells fargo bank. You know the managers at wells fargo was forcing employees to open bank accounts without customer permission called my son using "HATE SPEECH" calling him mentally retarded. And the district attorney office has referred the bullies as victims. WHICH IS AN OUTRAGE!

I got charged with harassment for defending my son and they call me the "B" word several times to the top of their lungs. And they get called the ones who referred my son as mentally retarded. THE VICTIMS!

I still recent the district attorney office asking me not to sue my false accusers. I will keep -bringing it out how I was falsely accused and asked not to sue in order for them to drop the charges. They had some gall to put me through what they did. But i see everyone else is able to sue for punitive damages but why do they deny me the right to get damages. 

I have grounds to sue my false accusers now. Because they keep coming around and trying to hit me with their vehicle, when i'm in my yard cutting my own grass.

The people they told me to stay away from came charging at me while I was in my own yard. They tell the victim to stay away from their bully. These people continue to come around me and they nearly hit me while I was trying to cut my grass.

The phenix city district attorney office still would not let the bullied traumatized file harassment charges. Even though the bulles referred to them as being mentally retarded. They said it out of hate but they are the ones who got charged with harassement and found guilty. This blond woman referrers calls disabled people mentally retarded out of hate and emotional scar them for life.

And futher to emotional scar them they put charge their parent with harassment find them guilty and put them in jail. And then telling them they can't sue the person who referrerd their child as a retard out of hate.

They have unjustly put women in jail over perverts who expose themselves in walmart parking lot. They just made him a offer that he he gets in trouble again they would reinstate the charges. But they rather put women who have been harassed and charge them with harassment find them guilty and make them spend the night in jail.

It makes them look like sexist and bigots in the district attorney office. And the police department.

To add insult to injury the district attorney tells them they can't sue for damages for being falsely accused. For the nightmare that they put them through.

Of course they made the amount hire when I try to pay it. And it was their fault for not telling me that I had to apply every single year to be exempt.  So how dare they send me a threatening letter to put me in jail over a dang garbage bill. I was late 6 months back in 2015 and for them to consider for me to be exempt from paying the gabage bill, I had to pay the past due amount to current.

But this time  they waited when the bill was 3 months past due when I got this threatening letter, that a warrant will be made for my arrest.

They allow this one family to drive with a dealer tag for half a year. They show favortism to certain people. But nobody is forcing me from my home. Its like they want certain people to suffer. These neighbors of mine are outlaws and phenix city are just a bunch of outlaws showing favortism to them. But prosecuting everyone else, Who drive without a tag.

Out of the blue i get a letter from the russell county garbage about my bill when I though I was being exempt. I was behing in 2015 and I did not get this type of threatening letter saying their would be a warrant for my arrest and a court date set. I didn't appreciate being talked to like this. Then when I tried to pay it in person they would give me the run around this isn't having mercy and grace on people who are disabled and medically retired.

Well we are talking about phenix city here. Then they told me I had to pay $89.00 instead of $69.00. Why are they able to get away with such abuse from the citizens of phenix city. Well the fault lies on them for not notifying  me that I had to apply every year. I did complain to the county health department, all they came back at me was the Alabama code about me having to apply every year.

They wasn't listening to what I was saying. I wasn't notifyed that i had to apply every year. Since I was exempt from 06/2015 until not 2017. And they had the gall to threaten me with a warrent if I didn't make the bill current. I had to give up $89.00 that I needed to catch up my garbage bill.
