RV Icebox Jerry Collins Liar liar pants on fire Morrilton Arkansas
I bought a rebuilt cooling unit for my motor home in July of 2012 from Jerry Collins of RV Icebox. This unit has a 5 yr warranty In may of this year my unit failed I contacted them and was told to return it for repair or replacement. It would be returned to me within a week. That was TWO months ago. They have ruined my summer. It has pbeen one lie after another from Jim James Steve etc etc I got there number from a rv store. Had I gone to their website and seen all the negative reviews on Ripoff Report and the BBB I likely would not have gone to them. This is fair warning to any one who intends to use this companies service. Had I bought a new one to start with I would not be buying a new one today. This has cost me over $2000 and now I am spending another $2000 to have a new one installed direct form the manufacturer. These people cannot be trusted Jerry Collins tells you to have a blessed day while he lies and rips you off He give Christions a bad name. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the AG for Arkansas They need to investigate theselpeople and hopefully shut them down. They have too many unsatstfied customers. I hope this helps others to avoid the frustration and financial burden that dealing with these people may incurr
