RV Merchandising Inc. Rude, Inconsiderate, Lacking knowledge, and Professionalism Englewood Florida
I went to this company to have my generator fixed. I had to make an appointment for their generator expert mechanic. He's looking at my generator for 20 minutes then he decides to get a repair book. My generator was working when I brought it in, it was just running rough. He actually just stood and looked at the generator for 40 minutes with out doing anything. I asked him what was wrong and he didn't know. Now when he went to start the generator it wouldn't even start. After 2 hrs I went to the owner & said that I was leaving, he said he couldn't be bothered he was busy. So I told the mechanic to close up the generator door because I was leaving. I went to another repair center & they fixed the problem in 15 minutes. The first mechanic had turned off the breaker switch. That's why he couldn't start it. Later that day I started receiving Pizzas, that was back in 2012. I reported them to the Police but they couldn't do anything. I been receiving pizza's on & off since then. I just received another one yesterday. I beleive this is harrassment & I'm going to put a stop to it. I'm contacting the BBB, angies list, media. People should know how rude & unknowledgable this company is with their customers.
