Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I ordered 700.85 worth of supplies from this comany for my RV on June 4, 2018.  This amount was taken out of my account on June 5, 2018.   I have an email from them on June 4 verifying this order is received.

On June 9. 2018 I received an email stating shopper approved and wanting to verify that I received my order.  It stated if not wait a few more days and contact them.  This is waht I did.

I contacted them today, June 12, 2018.   Their phone states that they will not accept calls and you must contact them through a link on their page.   There are no options when calling to speak to anyone.   I contacted them through the page and was informed that my bank flagged me for fraud.

Completely untrue.  I called my bank (Chase who are awesome by the way)  and they said it would be fraud on the part of RV Country if they do not refund my money.   My bank denies ever flagging anything and verifys they received the full amount on June 5, 2018.

The bank will do an investigation and file charges.   RV Parts did say that if I send a picture of the front and back of my drivers license and the card I used they would send the parts.

Of course everyone knows that is a huge red flag for fraud.  Did not send this and would never as it just allows people to steal your identity.

I see that others have repeated issues with this company.  Wish I had researched further before ordering from them.

For your own safety if you are reading this do not open yourself up to their fraud.   I will get my money back one way or another.

Of course if I had my way they would go to jail for their fraud.    They did cancel my order and I will await seeing if my money is returned willingly by them.

None the less though, any company that wants pictures of your ID and card sent to an email is attempting to commit fraud.  This is not just my opinion this is something that has been proven factual.   Even my bank jump on that and said that is a huge fraud red flag.

Just no matter what do not allow them to commit fraud against you
