It is too painful to re-live all the details of this scam, but if it prevents you from ever doing business with any one of these parties I will.
I was approached by Tiff Securities about sources for alternative business funding. I was told My $25,000 would be held in a Trust by an outside attorney David J Farham from Georgia.
I was put in-front of two investors:
RFG form Utah took $10,000 and said it was refundable if they could not find me funding. After looking at all of my financial's they said they could get me funding when I give them an additional 200k. Obviously, they looked to see this was not possible and then kept my $10k.
I was then put with Ryan Henson. Who preseted me with several LOI's and even a commitment letter. All of the time needing money for the set up then another $25,000 for closing cost. Putting me on the phone with Kris Kantor who supposedly worked with Banca March Bank. I know your thinking, why do you keep sending him money. The fact is we were "pot committed." At the time if it was a scam we were financially ruined. Well...
That was just over a year ago. I stopped getting calls when I ran out of money. The Georgia Bar said that David Farnham was foolish to let them use his name but had not broke any laws. I have never seen a cent refunded from anyone.
If I can help anyone put these people behind bars or get their money back. Please feel free to contact me.
