My Ryan Home is falling apart
My Ryan Home is 2-years old. Recently, a windy night (not a hurricane) ripped the trim off of my home. The siding also came off over my garage. This is the third time we have had problems with siding and trim coming off of our house. We are generally satisfied with our house but the customer service that we receive from Ryan Homes leaves a great deal to be desired. I contacted Ryan Homes customer service number
and was told that someone would be in contact with me and I left them my work phone number.
The Ryan representative (Darren) called and left a message
on my answering machine at my home during business hours to tell me that they would not repair the trim because my warranty had expired. It's funny how when they have bad news that they call the home number because they're sure to get an answering machine.
Darren advised me to contact the company that put the
siding on the house. I contacted the siding company and was advised that they would repair the trim for $100. Other Ryan Homes in our neighborhood also experienced the same type of damage.
The Patriot Homes across the street did not have any damage. I'm disgusted that Ryan Homes would not repair my home for free due to their substandard construction and I'm tired of their ridiculous customer service. So until Ryan Homes reimburses me the $100, I will share my story with anyone that will listen.
