Rydell Transport Rydell Moving Threatening, abusive, rude, unreliable Vancouver BC
I called the company 1 day in advance to book the moving of a sofabed. The guy was brief and rude but stated that he was able to confirm the transport for the next morning. He asked that I text him the details, which I promptly did. He said he would call later that evening to confirm, which he did not. Ten minutes prior to the scheduled pickup the owner texted 'no go dude not worth it'. I texted back that was poor business service, and then phoned, to which the owner said 'i don't need your f****** business, you are in another time zone, don't call me again with your bulls*** or I will come find you and beat your a** and hung up. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
