I ordered a trunk lid for a 1998 Black Nissan Maxima onor before September 17th, 2004. The guy who I dealt with is named Scott at extension 213. He quoted me a price of $300 for the part and $78.50 for shipping. He said that I would receive the trunk lid by Thursday, September 23rd.

I checked my bank account, and I had been charged $25 MORE than what was quoted...to a grand total of $403.50. My total was supposed to be $378.50.....and then.....

Thursday came around and NO TRUNK LID. I called S & J Auto Parts and inquired about my trunk lid. They had not even given me an invoice number until this day when they went to find out where my trunk lid was. After they established my invoice number, which is 55101, they put me on several lines with different people and made me wait on the phone for an extremely long amount of time. Then, I was told that my part had been STOLEN..........STOLEN!!!!! and that they would have to re-locate another trunk lid for me.

The Scott guy also said that he would credit my account of the $25 I was over charged for. It never happened. I called a second time, and a lady told me that it would be credited to my account.....it never happened.

Here it is, September 25th, 2005. Nobody EVER called me back to tell me that they were locating another trunk lid....in fact, nobody ever called to tell me that it had never been sent because it was "stolen". So, I called today to get a REFUND on my credit card that takes a whole 5 minutes, if that, to do.

THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND ON A SATURDAY, YET THEY ARE ABLE TO MAKE SALES AND TAKE MONEY ON SATURDAY.

This is unbelievable, I have never EVER in my life witnessed such corruption and disorder and ignorance and disregard for the customer in one business, EVER. I have never heard of being able to receive money, and not refund money. All they have to do is do a transaction and credit my account of the $403.50 and this would be over with.

I HAVE NO REFUND, NO PART, at this point in time.

I will being calling and reporting them to the necessary officials and will have them SHUT DOWN if my refund does not show up on my computer bank statement by MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 27th, 2004.

NEVER do business with these people. They are not only corrupt, they are RUDE as well. These people should be ashamed of themselves and locked up behind bars. I will see to it that this happens if I do not receive my refund by the alloted time.
