I will be happy to show pictures to anyone interested. As well no attorney was contacted until much later when Strahle refused to fix the items. Which in fact we won our law suit and to this day have not seen a penny. Strahle has owned 5 different construction companies since he built our house. Hmm wonder why. He has another lawsuit on him from the house that he built after ours (with the 2nd company he owned). He never attempted to fix anything until after the lawsuit was filed. And then he was only willing to put on band aids. He refuses to fix the items correctly. I would never recommend this guy. Buyers beware.

1st, The vent was attached correctly. Only after moving in did it come loose. there was also scrape mark on the drywall and vent from them hitting it while moving.. I informed them that since they knocked it loose it would be there responceabilty to fix it themselfs. 2nd Door handle on the kitchen cabinets was an extra charge. They did not want to pay for any up grades. 3rd There was no gap between the his and her sinks. It as a single 60" vanity. There is no way of a gap. 4th The exterior doors was paint with the proper exterior white paint. They wanted a different color choice after closing. All plugs was installed. one fell out and I replaced it. 5th They contacted a attorney with 6 days of closing on the house. I offered then 37 different calender days to come back. The only days that would work are the days that she was home alone. After being approached several times from her. I was not comfortable be alone with her. When I sent out employees. she refused service. 6th I never had any problem trying to work with them. When someone wants something more from you then there entitled to. It makes it very difficult to work with them. 7th Thank you for reading myside
