I noticed a withdrawal from my bank account and the check was signed with "authorization on file". I am not aware of who this company is or why they have my information. I never authorized any withdrawal from my account. I cannot believe a bank would take authorization on file to pay on a check that is typed. As consumers we need to fight back against companies like this.

I cannot believe this criminal named Nicholas Potter actually has the balls to keep doing this to people!!! It just floors me that people like him will keep doing this until they finally slip up and get busted. I am so looking forward to that happening!!!

His name is Nicholas Potter. His email address is: info (dot) bestsavingsource (at) gmail (dot) com. We are working on tracking him down and bringing justice. We think he is getting peoples information through phoney online payday loan sites, then using that information to write checks to his fake company. Send him emails threatening legal action.
Also, file a complaint with the better buisiness bureau: www.bbb.org
And the Internet Crimes Complaint Center: www.ic3.gov
Do not stop until you get your money back.
