Safe National of America Delayed Shipping St. Petersburg, Florida
It is quite disappointing really, I have been planning to buy a new TV preferable an HD one and against better judgment I ordered from Safe National America just so I can save on a few buck. And so I did order just before the NFL playoff because it would be really cool watching the final game on my new HDTV. But unfortunately I was only gonna watch reruns in it, for the promised overnight shipping arrived two weeks too late. What’s more is that I spent a lot of time trying to contact the company and the answer that I get is that the package is on its way to me. And on the third day of calling they told me it was out of stock. That’s the time I lost it. How can they let me order when they don’t have it with them. They explained that it was a big misunderstanding and that the product is on the way to their store and that they are going to deliver it as soon as they can. You know what I get? Poor customer service. Money really has its worth today. If I were you, just pay the few difference if you are going to get the best rather have some great disappointment
