Whoever wrote this report was or is not from or associated with RWA.  Posters at RWA do not file rip off reports. If they have an issue with someone they say it on their website. Jen D is a friend of RWA. The posters at RWA all like her as far as I know. This Rip Off Report is a lie.

Sadly Mrs. D'Alessandro does have mental issues that it seems she's taking medication to straighten out,but your best bet is to steer clear of her. She does collect ip addresses & her & Andrea aka TV Snark are behind many of the issues started on most of these sites she hates. She needs help & hopefully one day she will receive it. From our lips to God's ears.

Matt Heckman do you think people wouldn't realize you're the one who filed this report & also the one that posted the rebuttal where you're taking up for yourself? BTW you're Z & Mr. X postings are not helping your image much. It wasn't that great to begin with though. 

I have been following this whole blog wars things for over a year, and the fact that this has come down to this, is beyond unprofessional.  I don't think it is proper to accuse an individual of something where you have no evidence to back it up.  I have not seen a singe case where the individual that Jennifer is complaining about would have made this report.  I have seen several cases at Reality Without Apologies (http://realitywithoutapologies.blogspot.com) where they would constantly attack Jennifer, especially a poster by the blog name of 10doll, and LisaK.

I have noticed that when something does not go well for the haters in the Gosselin Blogging world, they just blame this individual and smear him without any proof whatsoever to back up their statements.

I did my own research on this individual, and the rip off reports that were wrote about him.  While his character is unique to say the least, nowhere do I see that he did any of those things, and in my opinion they were written about him simply to destroy his character by you according to RWA.  I also read where Jennifer, blindly accused this individual of trying to destroy her life, and even threatened to have her husband come to his residence.  Where I come from that is Stalking, and that's illegal.  There are ways to settle issues, and sending your husband to the individual's residence is not the right way to address it.

My questions to Jennifer are this.

1.  Do you have hard evidence that the individual you are accusing of writing this report did indeed write it?

2.  If you do have hard evidence, why are you continuing this behavior?  If you have a slam dunk case against this individual acting like this does not work toward your benefit.

I think you really need to stop using this individual as the elephant in the room every time somebody is critical of you.  Blogs like RWA, are the kind of blogs that exist to just cause trouble, and you should really ignore them, and if by some chance they do something criminal, than take the necessary steps to remedy your problem, rather than blindly accuse an individual, or individuals you may think have done it.

I thought I might as well respond.  This individual says that I own several blogs and that is HIS issue with me. 

This "report' was filed by Matt Heckman, a lunatic from Reading,Pennsylvania.  (mattheckman.net)   After he filed this silly report he "broke the news on his blog." 

His silly little fantasy of a report is not in any way reflective of my business.  I don't think anyone will take this seriously and therefore I am not really concerned about it.  I do feel it's not appropriate for this site to diplay my address and phone number.
