Sahalie Blair Comenity Sahalie Rewards Program Ripoff Internet
I just reconciled several months of credit card statements and found that Sahalie has been charging me $14.97 every month since June for a "VIP Rewards" Program. When I called to complain, I was told I agreed to this program back in June. I said I never would have agreed to a program that would charge me $14.97/month.
The customer service rep put me on hold, then told me she could refund only the most recent charge. I said no, I wanted all the charges credited. She put me on hold again, then told me she could refund only the last 6 months of charges. I said NO, I wanted all the charges reversed. She put me on hold again and finally agreed to refund all the charges.
This is clearly a calculated fraud!
