I met saif on Ebay, he was selling one of his many Instagram account a year ago, I didn't win on ebay but I stayed in contact with him. few months ago he asked me if I wanted to buy another account. I said sure, I want to go back on eBay. He said he is not putting it on eBay that I can buy from him directly. I told them I wanted to use PayPal but he said that PayPal has froze his account. Because they were too many transactions coming through. Didn't feel comfortable with this guy but he was very patient with me.
I asked him for a referral for other customers and he gave it to me. I asked for his Facebook and all his other credentials and yet he had no problem giving it to me. He told me that Western Union is the best for him. he said the account that I want will cost $650 but I wasn't comfortable sending him that money through Western Union. He told me that I can send half and he'll give me the credentials of the account and I can send them the rest. Finally gave in after a month and a half talking about it and researching this guy.
I decided to go and pay for the Western Union but I noticed that it will cost me more if I pay half now and half later. by now I trust the guy and pay the full price. From the moment he got the money he started acting different and said he will send me the account Through Western Union so he can have a receipt for the account. But he was taking for ever and I kept emailing him asking why don't you just simply send me over my account details to my email. One excuse after another he finally came clean and told me that he's an affiliate for a company that sells Instagram accounts. Which he did not tell me in the beginning. And he told me that they should've gave me the account already. He told me he will look in to it for me but he never did. This guy has ran off with my money and I wasted so much time talking to him. Western Union already shut him down but be careful because he still scamming people today. All I wanted was an Instagram account or my money back and still have not heard back from this man.

First of all, why pay for an Instagram account that you can easily create for yourself for FREE?
Second, why wire transfer ANY money to someone when there is so many obvious red flags?
Third, how could you proceed and NOT realize this to be a scam?
ANYtime someone instructs you to wire transfer money (Western Union, etc) that should be an immediate signal to you that something is just NOT right and do NOT proceed.... there is NO way to get your money back once it is sent/picked up. There are scams all over the Internet and a tremendous amount are on CraigsList utilizing the same method of Western Union for "rental homes" .... A person claims to own the property, is out of town for work or missionary things, and will include all furnishings and utilities for an unreal amount (AKA extremely and unbelivable low amount like $400 a month for a home that would be reasonably expected to go for upwards of 850$)... They only show you photos that they find online for the actual home that is really for sale and promise to send keys once you send them money. You can easily search for the home once you get the address... Google it and see if it is really for sale or not, and go one step further and do a property record search for the county where the home is located (cross check owner information).
Please use common sense and know to NOT send money via wire transfers. Take this as a hard lesson learned and utilize extreme caution in the future. Oh and PS - go to www.Instagram.com and create your own FREE account yourself
