Saint Charles Pontiac Buick GMC Got Ripped Off By Car Dealership...... Saint Charles Illinois
Went in to buy a used pontiac fron these people and ended up buying at 3 month headache, first one of the rims was different than the other and it took them 3 months to fix, second, they sold me a gm certified vehicle as they say but it was really not, it had the gm certified stickers all over it with extra warranties and they never honored it.
Rob Eberwein the manager and partner of Rick Weissberg of the Schaumburg Auto Group both are know of deceinving their customers, I ran in to people in service that got over charged for service that was supposed to be covered under regular warranty,
I saw an elderly lady in her 70's dish out almost 2K for repairs to her buick with a bad transmission which was covered under her warranty.
Some of the employees there even say that they over charge people and rip them off all the time and charge them for things that they didnt do and make people pay for it or else they keep their car.
Saint Charles Pontiac Buick GMC have been know to rip people off. They still owe me one key for the vehicle I purchased 6 months ago and a Rim, the manager refuses to take calls and ignores me and several people that I have contacted that are having the same problem.
They were in the news paper for scamming a retired school eacher out of almost 2500 dollars on a rental vehicle which they had to pay for in the first place.
If you are looking to buy a new car stay away from this place, they are a deceptive business and the way they treat their employees is like salves.
