I placed on 9/27/2013 on saksfifthavenue.com. The order should come with a giftcard as part of the promotion. The order summary came with the box showed the giftcard was shipped in the same box, but there was NO giftcard placed in box.
The first time I call customer service, I was told that the case would be investigated, but I never received any updates. When I called again today, the lady told me the giftcard was used in West Virginia, and they cannot reissue me another giftcard.
I live in CA for my entire life, and I have no family or friends live in WV. They cannot even prove that it wasn't stolen by any employee that processed the transaction.

I cannot believe this is the customer service such a high end department store chain provided. Also, who would want to buy expensive stuff from a place with people who steals. Your item might be stolen before it ever comes to you!!!!!!!!!!
