I ordered a Halo V35 victory hopper for a Christmas present. It arrived November 24, 2006 and I wrapped it and put in under the tree until Christmas Day. Christmas Day when it was opened, new batteries were installed and it just made a grinding noise and nothing else. I contacted Sakworld and they refer me to the manufacturer for repairs. They won't replace the faulty product with a new one. I am suppose to send this one to the manufacturer to be repaired. They also refuse to refund my money so that I can go to a reliable, reputable company to purchase another product. There only advise is to contact the manufacturer. This is no way to do business. I purchase a new hopper in good faith from this company, they sent me a faulty unit, they should replace the unitd - no questions asked. Why should I go through all the trouble of returning to manufacture for repair? This is suppose to be a new item.
