I placed my order on 9/5/17 for a Tyme flat iron. The money was taken out of my account immeditately.
On 9/10/17, I got an email stating my order had shipped. I was provided a tracking number which did not work on the USPS website.
On 9/18/17, I went to the Sale Guru website to track my order. It said the following:
Your shipment couldn't be delivered
According to USPS, your order couldn't be delivered as planned. Please contact USPS to arrange another delivery attempt.
When i went to the USPS office later that day, they did not have any package for me. I gave them the tracking number provided by Sale Guru and again, it was an invalid tracking number.
I emailed Sale Guru customer service. I didn't get a response for 10 DAYS.
Also, they do not have a phone number to contact them so it is all through e-mail.
On 9/28/17, I got a automated response to my email stating that my order was on the way. Everytime I emailed them back advising that the tracking number was incorrect, I just kept receiving the automated replys.
On 10/18/17, after 17 emails to Sale Guru, I was told that I would be issued a refund in 7-15 business days.
It has now been 6 weeks since then and I still have not received a response from Sale Guru, nor have I received my refund.
Also, I would like to add that the flat iron that was advertised and that i was under the impression I was buying, IS A KNOCK OFF.
So I am out $60.00.
