On September 20 my credit card was charged but I never received a tracking number or confirmation. I sent this email to the company. "Please refund me for the order I have never received. I have never received a tracking number or order confirmation concerning my order, but you charge my credit card on September 20, 2017 for $85.47.” I got this reply back "Hi Tracey, Your order has already been shipped. It is currently in transit and customs had been checking it meticulously causing the delay in shipment. We couldn't upload the tracking number as we have to make sure when we do, customers can already track the package. We are monitoring your package and we will make sure our customers like you will receive what you paid for.

We are asking a little more patience and understanding as this item is really worth waiting for. Thanks -- Vina Vina from thesaleguru.com” and then this reply "Hello Tracey, Apologies for the late response. Upon checking here, your item has been shipped and is now in transit to your location. Kindly expect for your tracking number to be forwarded on your email as soon as it reflects on our system. We are hoping for your patience and understanding. Please feel free to send us a message anytime. Thank you so much. Best Regards, Andrew The Sale Guru Team” It’s now January and I’ve recieved nothing and now their emails address bounces back as a full mailbox.
