CEO Sales Technologies
United States of America#2REBUTTAL Owner of company
Wed, December 28, 2011
My name is George Kaltner and I am the CEO of Sales Technologies. We have had the unfortunate displeasure of doing business with Joe and Dennis of Debt Busters aka Money Savoirs. Dennis masquerades as the IT contact, when in fact he is a principal at the Company. Initially they set out to be a 50-person call center. They started with 10 - 15 agents.
Soon it was apparent that there were management issues at the company and they started to fall behind in their bills. They required quite a bit of consulting, which was provided free of charge, any one who does business know of our
technical prowess and in our willingness to share that knowledge. Needless to say they ignored all of our recommendations, which were given verbally and via email.
Soon Debt Busters began to fall behind on their bills, Joe who is the President gave us assurance after assurance that they would pay the bill. The money never materialized and after dozens of repeated warnings, we turned off
access to their server, Mind you this was after 6 weeks of daily calls and promises by their staff of payment. We require a credit card on file to have service. They claimed for 6 weeks that they did not receive a credit card from their new bank. They admitted later on that their bank account was frozen, we are assuming herefor fraudulent activity. Finally they sent us a paypal. We activated their account.
Salt in the wound------we then find out the Joe initiated a change back for $800 for one month of past service, while they changed company names and identities. We asked Joe about the charge back, had the gall to tell us it was an
accident and he did not initiate the charge back. He told us that they had changed company names to Money Saviors and that they informed us of this, obviously that never happened. Joe wrote us a letter stating that the charge
back was in error and we are more then happy to produce this for any perspective client. Joe stated that he did not authorize that charge back, we forward that to our Merchant Processing partner so we can get our $800 back.
After all of this and continued non payment and with relentless harassment of our staff by the Money Saviours staff, and pleading about going out of business, and being near the holidays, we agreed to reduce their seat count and at the
same time forgive about $2400 in past due invoices. If they paid us $250 for the 5 licenses they now only needed. They agreed to that verbally and via email, we are more then happy to produce this email also. They never paid us the $250. Can you believe that? I cant. At this point we tuned them off. During all of this time they could have removed any of their data, the server is now off for non-payment.
Dennis and Joe, It sucks that you put us on rip off report, it breaks my heart to see this negative post and how you disparage my hard working staff, but we will not give in to extortion by a company like yours its the principal. We have hundreds of solid references, loyal clients who are not only clients but also friends of the firm. Companies that have been with us for up to 5 years and through the use of our technology are wildly successful; they will provide solid references and testimonials to counter you false allegations.
Dennis in closing, pay your bill, you owe us $250 plus the $800 charge back. You owe us the money, you have my contact information, you could have been a gentleman and honored your commitment, and you still can be gentlemen.
Sincerely,
George Kaltner
